Please Note: Council Minutes are a record of what took place at the previous meeting. As such they exist only in draft form until they have been formally approved by the full council at the next meeting, when they then become an official record.

For this reason  you will see that the list of Minutes files offered here is always one month or meeting behind the list of Agenda files.

The Council does not normally  meet in August, hence the absence of files for that month.

To view these newsletters you will need to have the Microsoft Word program installed on your computer.  If you do not own this program, an alternative, FREE program called Open Office is available for download. Open Office will accept these Word files and display them just as Word itself would.  Get Open Office here: http://download.openoffice.org/

Double-click on the file of your choice. When it is loaded into Microsoft Word or Open Office you may use it to save a copy to your hard-disc or print it out.

2009 and 2008 Minutes and Agendas files are available via the drop-down  menu on the NavBar “Minutes and Agendas” button above. Copies of files prior to 2008 are available on request from the Clerk. Copies can be emailed free of charge. There may be a nominal charge to cover printing and postage if paper copies are required.
